Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Preschool Administrator to manage the daily operations of our preschool in Osu, Accra. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative tasks, support teaching staff, ensure compliance with educational standards, and maintain strong communication with parents. This role is key to providing a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment while promoting the growth and reputation of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the preschool.
- Supervise and support teachers and teaching assistants to ensure high teaching standards.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, and child development progress.
- Manage and coordinate the school admission and enrollment process.
- Ensure all student documentation and admission forms are properly completed and filed.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding school programs and child progress.
- Ensure that all classroom activities align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Support the implementation of school policies, health, and safety procedures.
- Assist management in increasing enrollment and promoting the school.
- Coordinate school events, activities, and parent engagement programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in school administration or educational management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood education standards and curriculum.
