A leading institution of academic excellence in Nairobi is seeking a qualified HR & Administration Officer to manage HR processes and oversee administrative operations in support of our teaching and non-teaching teams.
Key Duties
• Recruitment, onboarding and staff welfare
• HR records, payroll data, leave & performance management.
• Employee relations, policy implementation and compliance.
• Supervision of support staff and administrative functions.
Requirements
• Bachelors in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Diploma/CHRP & IHRM membership an added advantage.
• 3-5yrs experience in HR & administration (school/large preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Kenya labour laws and HR best practices.
