Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Oversee performance management and employee engagement
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years HR experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage teams and improve organizational performance
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
