Skill requirements
- More than 3 years of HR experience, familiar with Ghana labor laws and employment policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledgeable about recruitment channels
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,
- Proficient in using office software
Requirements:
- Establishing a localized HR system, and formulating annual manpower plans to support departmental operations.
- Managing the HR team, overseeing recruitment for core positions, expanding local recruitment channels to ensure talent supply.
- Handle employee relations, performance, and compensation & benefits management.
