Summary:
The HR Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the organization's human capital strategy in alignment with business objectives. The role holder will lead the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, total rewards, employee relations, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness while championing an inclusive and values driven workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any related discipline
- Professional certification in Human Resources from any of HR Certification Institute
- Minimum 8 -10 years of cognate experience.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business needs.
