Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage human resource operations within a large organizational setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workforce structures at scale, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the organization.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
* Implement and monitor performance management systems.
* Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational development initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
* Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
* Supervise payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration.
* Develop HR policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
* Provide strategic HR support to management and leadership teams.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience.
* Proven experience managing HR functions in large organizations.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple HR functions and stakeholders effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
