Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures/ Recruitment and Hiring
Creating strategic HR plans/Training and Development
Administering compensation and benefits programs/managing employee benefits
Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees/Employer-Employee relations
Supporting the performance review process
Resolving conflicts among employees/Handle disciplinary actions
Forecasting future staffing needs
Maintain company culture
Create a safe work environment.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc, B.A, B.Ed degree and a minimum experience of one year or more in the related fields.
