Job Overview

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and visa processing for Eco Drive Driving School. The role also provides secondary support to general HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with UAE labour and immigration requirements.
 
 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary)

  •  Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and selection 
  •  Build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for driving instructors and support staff 
  •  Support high-volume hiring requirements (50+ hires per month) 


Onboarding (Primary) 

  •  Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts 
  •  Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding sessions 
  •  Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization 


Visa Processing (Primary)

  •  Manage full employment visa process including MOHRE, GDRFA, medical tests, and Emirates ID 
  •  Coordinate with PRO for timely visa approvals and renewals 
  •  Track visa status and ensure compliance with UAE regulations 


HR Support (Secondary) 

  •  Maintain and update employee records and HR databases 
  •  Assist with payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and new joiners 
  •  Respond to employee queries regarding visas, leave, and HR policies 
  •  Support RTA permit tracking for driving instructors 
  •  Assist with employee engagement initiatives 


 

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 
  •  2–3 years of UAE experience in recruitment and visa processing 
  •  Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and visa procedures 
  •  Experience in high-volume recruitment (50+ hires per month preferred) 
  •  Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory) 
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/software 
  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines 
  •  Excellent documentation and organizational skills
