Job Description
The Executive HR will handle day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance within a manufacturing environment. The role supports smooth HR functioning and employee engagement across the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records) 
  •  Handle recruitment and onboarding processes 
  •  Support employee engagement and grievance handling 
  •  Coordinate training and development programs 
  •  Assist with manpower planning, shift scheduling, and deployment 
  •  Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements 
  •  Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation 
  •  Support performance management and evaluations 


Requirements 

  •  MBA in HR (preferred) 
  •  3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing 
  •  Age: 23–28 years 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Telugu (advantage) 
  •  Experience with MS Office and HRMS tools 
  •  Willingness to work rotational shifts and relocate near Sri City
