Job Overview

 
The HR Admin will support day-to-day human resources operations, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
 
 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation 
  •  Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, tracking candidates) 
  •  Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes 
  •  Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs 
  •  Provide general administrative and employee support 
  •  Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality 
  •  Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements 
  •  Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation 


 

Requirements

 

  •  1–3 years of HR or administrative experience 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools 
  •  Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively 
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  •  Prior experience in HR support functions is an advantage 
  •  Immediate availability preferred
