What You’ll Do
· Own recruitment coordination – from sourcing to interview scheduling
· Manage employee records, onboarding & documentation
· Support payroll inputs, leave tracking & HR admin
· Handle basic employee relations & HR queries
· Ensure compliance with internal policies & labor laws
· Support training, engagement & performance processes
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2 years HR experience
· Strong grasp of HR operations & best practices
· Good knowledge of Nigerian labor law
· Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
· Strong communication & multitasking skills
