Key Requirements
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- 2+ years in HR leadership / team management
- Mandatory background in: HR consulting, outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment agency
- Proven experience in:
- Outsourced workforce operations
- Payroll & HR compliance
- Full employee lifecycle
- Recruitment, onboarding, performance management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of East African labour laws
- Experience with high-volume workforce operations
- Excellent client-facing stakeholder management
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, execution-focused
- Professional HR certification (CHRP or equivalent) preferred
