Role Summary
The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to support a productive and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and staff development
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Proven HR management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Ghanaian labor regulations
