Role Description
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, reviewing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and crafting detailed job descriptions for recruitment needs. Additional responsibilities include handling employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting organizational development initiatives.


Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
- Experience in implementing HR Policies and Job Description Development
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, or ACIPM are an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
