Manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle from acquisition to management.

Manage various corporate HR projects to support governance and business goals.
Manage all internal and external corporate communications.
Skills/Experience
5–7 years of professional Human Resources experience.
Demonstrated expertise in driving HR governance and ensuring policy consistency.
A proven track record in capability development and skills gap reduction.
A strong background in creating and managing robust succession planning strategies.
Proficiency in managing the full talent lifecycle from acquisition to development.
Solid experience driving positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Demonstrated success leading complex HR project management initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in digital internal tools like newsletters.
