Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in developing and maintaining an effective workforce aligned with organizational goals.
 

Key Responsibilities

 

  •  Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures 
  •  Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention processes 
  •  Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisal systems 
  •  Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution 
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies 
  •  Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development 
  •  Manage compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs 
  •  Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation 
  •  Lead workforce planning and succession management initiatives 
  •  Promote a positive and productive work environment 


Requirements

 

  •  Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field 
  •  Professional HR certification will be an advantage 
  •  Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, performance management, and labor laws 
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  •  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities 
  •  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
