Successful candidates will undergo a 1–2 month structured training programme designed to equip them with the skills needed to work with international recruitment teams supporting healthcare staffing operations.
During the training period, candidates will receive a training allowance of GHS 1,500. Candidates who successfully complete the programme will be offered full employment within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1.Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities
2. Supportcompliance and documentation processes for candidate onboarding
3.Coordinate candidate bookings and client requests
4.Maintain candidate records and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements
5.Communicate with candidates and clients professionally
6. Support recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives
7.Ensure accurate use of internal systems for daily operations
Reguirements
1. Must have at least a Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
2. must have living around East Legon,37,Adenta and its environs.
3.must have have basic knowledge of Microsoft suite
