JOB SUMMARY
The HR Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all human resource operations for the business like ensuring effective delivery of HR services in line with HR policies, labour laws, and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–9 years qualification experience in human resource with prior experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Professional HR certification in either CIPM or HRCI is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide high-performing HR teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives.
