Responsibilities
• HR advisory to sector leadership
• Workforce planning and recruitment strategy
• Performance management and KPI implementation
• Organizational development and productivity improvement
• Employee relations and disciplinary management
• HR compliance with labor and safety regulations
• Training, leadership development, and employee engagement
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field
• MBA / HRM is an advantage
• Professional certification (SHRM, CIPD or IHRMP) preferred
• Strong HR Business Partnering experience
