Job Description:
A reputable engineering company, is seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager to support workforce operations and employee relations on project sites.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week + paid overtime
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years HR experience
• Construction or engineering sector experience preferred
• Good knowledge of the Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651)
• Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP) is an advantage
