Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and employee relations matters.
- Support performance management, engagement, and talent management initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
- Coordinate disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations processes in line with labour regulations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the HR function.


Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to HR Operations/People Operations.
- Professional HR certification is mandatory (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
