Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across all entities
Design and manage compensation, rewards, and employee engagement frameworks to attract and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and governance standards while promoting a strong organizational culture
Serve as a strategic counsel to the executive team on all people-related matters, linking HR initiatives to business performance and financial outcomes.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any other similar field.
10 - 15 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
