JOB ROLE:
Supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs by conducting site inspections, enforcing safety policies, and delivering safety inductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead toolbox talks and pre-work area inspections.
- Oversee HSE activities and ensure compliance at shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with laid out safety procedures.
- Respond to HSE incidents and emergencies and prepare the preliminary incident reports.
- Document safety violations, incidents and near misses.
- Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Conduct equipment inspections.
- Monitor the state of open actions and follow up with owners.
- Promote initiatives to enhance the HSE culture among all personnel.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to increase employee engagement in HSE.
- Implement real-time risk assessment tools during shifts.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 02 – 03 years in Manufacturing Environment as HSE Personnel.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- HND in Environmental Science
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Certification in First Aid Administration
- Age Limit: 25 – 30 years maximum
