Renews support end user support contracts, and support services for set of assigned regional accounts, may partner with field sales or sell independently
Consistently reviews quarterly pipeline reports to drive renewal opportunities to closure; may work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth customer transaction
Understands client requirements and drives upsell opportunities for service/support offerings
Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven contract renewal to be within valid contract term.
Management Level Definition:
Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues that may arise within the scope of support contract renewals.
Works on problems of moderately complex scope.
Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
Able to assist management with team training, or if requested, step into a role as senior liaison with channel partners.
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.

Education and Experience Required:
Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )
3-5 years of IT Sales experience or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient account management, acquisition, retention and development skills
Proficient understanding of company's portfolios of products and services
Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
Proficient communication and negotiation skills
Proficient knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), preferably the Salesforce CRM product, which allows businesses to manage relationships, and the information associated with them.
Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Able to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team
