Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell agricultural products (e.g., fertilizers, seeds, machinery, animal feed, etc.) to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain.
  • Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand product benefits and usage.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay it to the technical and marketing teams for product improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in the agricultural sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural products and the needs of farmers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
