Qualifications & Requirements:
* MPhil in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or a related field (PhD preferred).
* Active professional license in nursing or midwifery.
* At least 2-3 years of teaching or clinical experience in nursing or health education.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct research or willingness to develop research skills.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver lectures and facilitate clinical sessions.
* Assist in supervising student projects and internships.
* Engage in research and academic activities.
* Contribute to departmental activities and events.
