Job Summary:
Kushinga Phikelela Polytechnic invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following lecturing post
Minimum Qualifications:
* National Certificate in Technical Graphics/Draughtsmanship/Engineering.
* An Associate Certificate in Computer-Aided Draughting (AutoCAD) or equivalent qualification.
* A higher qualification in the area will be an added advantage.
* Minimum Relevant Experience & Attributes:
* At least 2 years’ working experience.
* Further Education Teaching Certificate/Diploma (FETC/D) or any relevant qualification.
* Ability to teach AutoCAD across multiple engineering fields (Electrical, Power, Automotive, Civil, Architecture, Building, etc.).
* Strong design thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
* Research literacy and instructional competence.
* Ability to prepare schemes of work, teaching and learning materials, and deliver instruction effectively.
* Ability to integrate Education with Unit (CDIO) requirements.
* Commitment towards employability and entrepreneurship skills development.
* Knowledge of emerging trends in CAD.
