Key Responsibilities

:



  • Career Development Center (CDC) Management:
     
    • Develop and manage programs to prepare students for internships, jobs, and career growth.
    • Coordinate with companies and organizations for campus recruitment and placement drives.

  • Student Life Activities:
     
    • Organize events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement and personal development.
    • Promote student participation in national and international competitions and programs.

  • Advising & Counseling:
     
    • Provide guidance to students regarding career planning, internships, and professional development.
    • Support students in developing soft skills and employability competencies.

  • Liaison with Faculty & Departments:
     
    • Collaborate with faculty to integrate career guidance into academic programs.
    • Maintain records of student progress and placement statistics.

  • Reporting & Documentation:
     
    • Prepare reports on student activities, placement outcomes, and CDC initiatives for management review.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of student participation and career services.

Qualifications & Skills

:



  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in student affairs, career services, or HR-related roles.
  • Skills:
     
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Event management and organizational
