Role summary:
To supervise the operation and performance of agricultural and processing machinery across our crops and processing units.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of agricultural and processing machinery.
- Ensure optimal performance of equipment used in crop harvesting and processing units.
- Train operators on safe and efficient machine usage.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the production team to align machinery with processing needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in agriculture, production or farm operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
