 Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our clothing boutique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and managing both online and offline marketing activities.
 
 

 Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the boutique 
  •  Manage social media platforms and create engaging content 
  •  Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales, and events 
  •  Monitor market trends and competitor activities 
  •  Build and maintain customer relationships 
  •  Collaborate with sales team to boost revenue and customer engagement 
  •  Oversee branding, advertising, and visual merchandising 
  •  Track and report on marketing performance and ROI 


  Requirements

  •  Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 
  •  Proven experience in marketing (fashion/retail experience is an advantage) 
  •  Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital tools 
  •  Creative thinking with excellent communication skills 
  •  Ability to work independently and meet targets 
  •  Good organizational and analytical skills 
  •  Passion for fashion and trends is a plus
