The successful candidate will join our team as a Manager for MFS Products in the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Department. (S)He will report to the Director for Mobile Financial Services and will be responsible for the delivery of Mobile Financial Service strategy development, execution, stakeholder engagement and thought leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (field sales, partner team, marketing, finance) in developing initiatives to drive mobile financial services subscriber base and revenue growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, and partners.
  • Drive diagnostic rigor in decision-making, analyze data to develop actionable solutions, and create frameworks and tools to tackle complex problems.
  • Plan and rigorously execute well-structured initiatives that will drive MFS product adoption within the active GSM subscriber base.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and develop partnership opportunities in support of the strategy, including developing the business case, structuring promotions, and communicating with stakeholders to secure buy-in and approvals.
  • Help drive alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver on GTM strategy.
  • Maintain a network of relationships across partner groups: Aggregators, dealers and Exco Members with a focus on driving new customer adoption across the Mobile Financial Service ecosystem. Leverage relationships in opportunity identification and transaction execution.
  • Understand and stay current on Fintech industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product development efforts. Act as a thought leader on strategic topics.



Required Qualification and Experience

  • University degree in marketing, finance, accounting or other related discipline.
  • Proficiency with IT software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written English is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate sales or corporate finance.
  • Experience in Project management.
