Available Roles:
1. Personal Assistant to CEO
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Assist in special projects and ensure smooth administrative support
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes
2. Customer Service Personnel
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve complaints and provide delivery updates
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely, friendly service
- Work closely with operations to ensure service excellence
3. Operations Assistant
- Assist in daily delivery and fleet operations
- Support inventory tracking and warehouse management
- Help coordinate with drivers, riders, and dispatch teams
- Prepare and update operational performance reports
- Follow up on delivery schedules and customer feedback
- Perform general administrative tasks related to logistics
