 ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, supporting financial processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and general operations, with the ability to multitask and maintain efficiency across departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
  • Coordinate internal communications and support team activities
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with basic financial analysis
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events
  • Support operational logistics, especially in relation to agricultural and health projects
  • Support onboarding and general HR administrative functions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
