KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee & manage multiple field sites.
- Lead and develop site teams.
- Monitor & report on site performance & progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Analyze data & implement improvements.
- Manages resources and logistics for field operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Operations Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- Atleast 5 years experience in Operations management, ideally in a mining / oil & gas industry.
- Proven leadership & problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical & reporting skills.
- Familiarity with field operations & site management.
