Operations Officer - GHS 3,000 – 4,000

Salary Range: GHS 3,000 – 4,000 (gross)
Role Summary:
You’ll be the engine behind the scenes—coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, supporting sales and production. You’re hands-on, cool under pressure, and love solving logistical puzzles.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
● Coordinate logistics and last-mile delivery
● Support product packaging and product preparation for client orders
● Maintain operations records and vendor relationships
● Troubleshoot day-to-day issues as they arise
● Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by management in line with the operational needs of the business
Requirements:
● 2+ years in logistics, operations, or supply chain
● Experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage
● Proficiency in inventory tools or software
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills

● Delivery timeliness
● Inventory accuracy
● Operational downtime or delays
