Salary Range: GHS 3,000 – 4,000 (gross)
Role Summary:
Are you passionate about food safety and quality? Join our team to oversee seafood processing, ensure compliance, and help us deliver products that are clean, fresh, and safe—every single time.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily seafood production and value addition
● Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
● Implement and monitor quality control procedures
● Conduct regular inspections and audits
● Maintain records on production and quality metrics
● Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by management in line with the operational needs of the business
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Fisheries, or similar
● 2+ years in food processing or quality control
● Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
● Strong attention to detail
KPIs:
● Production error rates
● Compliance with food safety standards
● Product rejection rate
