Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and confident Personal Assistant & Administrator with a minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative or executive support roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance, supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and preparing reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to management.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
  • Maintain and organize office records and files.
  • Support event planning, project coordination, and team logistics.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing correspondence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive assistant role.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
