- Serving as project manager on high‑impact and Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) sub‑projects, defining success metrics and governance structures.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP (or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience building and leading PMOs from inception, with deep expertise in PMI methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, PMI Standards).

- Hands‑on execution style with a “chase‑culture” mindset.
