Principal Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and confidently about the Yoti product suite to all stakeholders.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical advice and guidance, ensuring potential customers understand all necessary technical aspects and can successfully integrate with Yoti.
- Present compelling, well-considered solutions to complex technical problems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to external clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal development teams to support feature development based on business requirements.
- Proactively improve skills in technical languages related to web and mobile SDKs.
- Update technical integration guides and API reference documentation for both internal and external audiences.
- Assist in preparing responses to technical and product inquiries during enterprise and government procurement processes.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Svelte), REST APIs, OAuth and WebSockets.
- Skilled in backend technologies, including microservices architecture, database systems (PostgreSQL/SQLite), and containerization tools such as Docker.
- Proficient in at least two Yoti SDK languages (Node, PHP, Java, Python, C#, or Go); comfortable with mobile platforms (Android and iOS).
- Strong understanding of software architecture methodologies and a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience supporting and troubleshooting software issues.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Effective communicator with strong oral and written skills; collaborative and eager to share knowledge.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
