Job Summary
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, vendor relationships, cost negotiations, and ensuring timely supply of quality materials to support ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials and services
Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers
Negotiate contracts to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays
Work closely with project and site teams to forecast material requirements
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years experience.
Proven experience in procurement within construction or real estate industry
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
Good understanding of construction materials and project timelines
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
