Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination and Logistics Administration
1) Participant Coordination Support
- Support recruitment and selection process for 200 youth leaders from Ghana and neighboring countries
- Ensure transparent and efficient communication with applicants
2) Curriculum Support
- Support online and local training implementation
- Facilitate training activities (Leadership & Policy Development and AI & Digital ICT Entrepreneurship)
3) Stakeholder Liaison
- Coordinate with partner institutions
- Liaise with government agencies
4) Logistics Management
- Coordinate venue booking, accommodation, and transportation
- Support logistics for multinational participants and instructors
Qualifications & Experience
- Available for immediate commencement of work
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to perform administrative and document preparation tasks
- Must not be disqualified under KOICA’s local staff recruitment regulations
- Experience in workshops, training support, event coordination, or related administrative work preferred
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Employment Conditions
- Salary: To be determined upon negotiation
- Contract Duration: 1 year (non-renewable), including 3-month probation period
- Duty Station: KOICA Ghana Office (KGO)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
