KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and coordinate site operations
Supervise and guide the team during setup
Ensure work is completed on time
Support team productivity and discipline on site
Confirm items are packed and ready before dispatch
Provide updates and reports to management
Assist in resolving on‑site challenges
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in events, logistics, construction, or a similar field
Ability to manage and work with teams effectively
Must be ready for hands‑on, field‑based work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be organized, reliable, and solution‑oriented

Must be willing to work long hours
Must be able to take initiative and work with the team effectively
