REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Experience in credit recovery, collections and loan portfolio management preferred
- Working knowledge of the legal recovery process is an advantage
- Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skills
- Risk management and internal control knowledge
- Excellent communication and listening skills
