Promote a positive community atmosphere by welcoming tenants and visitors to the office
Serve as point of contact for tenants phoning the main office; answer incoming calls, respond to voicemail and check community emails throughout the day.
Follow up on tenant concerns
Assist tenants with inquiries including rent and utility payments
Manage office coordination such as contractor key sign outs, oversee visitor access, direct couriers/deliveries and book amenities for tenants.
Manage office inventory, office supplies and kitchen items as required.
Check mailbox and drop box throughout the day
Prepare and distribute tenant communication as required, including rent receipts, application to alter and tenancy documentation as needed
Assist tenants in creating and following up on Work Orders (WO)
Assist tenants to access and use ‘Parkbridge Connect’
Manage community-specific notices (e.g., BBQs, appreciation events) and monitor community board postings.
Document management (scan/upload/send items and notices as needed)
