Qualifications
- Requires two year of custodial experience.
- Sound understanding of custodial procedures, supplies, and equipment.
- Sound understanding of the operation of equipment such as buffers, carpet cleaners, vacuums, etc.
- Basic understanding of hand tools used in making small repairs.
- Able to lift up to 25 Kg., push carts of loaded material, bend, crawl, and/or reach.
- Spanish language is requested for this position. General English knowledge would be an advantage.
