NAYA Naturals Limited (NAYA by Africa) your premium African Skincare Brand is looking for Retail Sales and Customer Service Associates to drive growth and manage its operations at its retail outlets at A&C Mall and Marina Mall in Accra. The candidate should be self-driven and passionate about sales, customer service, and brand development. They should be motivated to help NAYA grow by creating a captivating customer experience culture that resonates through great customer service across all customer touchpoints.
This is a full-time, on-site role in a shop in Accra. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop, managing sales and inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's visual merchandising.
You should be confident, friendly, and engaging. This candidate should also possess strong leadership, communication, and people skills and love teamwork. Be trustworthy, patient, organized, resilient, and ambitious.
Key Responsibilities
Great Customer Experience
Serving customers by educating and engaging them on the NAYA brand and product recommendations
Managing customer requests, complaints, and feedback and reporting to management
Finding innovative ways to connect with target audiences by planning and managing monthly events
Developing new ideas for gift sets for different customer types, skin care needs, and occasions.
Analyzing customer behavior and developing strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
You will also coordinate with the marketing department to develop customer-focused ads, drive new customer engagement, and generate partnership opportunities to connect with more customers.
Sales and Business Development
Managing day-to-day sales operations of the business to ensure sales goals are met
Engaging customers, understanding their needs to sell, upsell, and cross-sell the right products for them
Taking orders and managing deliveries across various customer touchpoints(Phone, Website, and WhatsApp)
Managing in-store marketing, sales, and promotions
Seeking sales events, marketing, and partnership opportunities to engage new customers and drive sales
Manage Shop Operations
Managing visual merchandising, cleaning, and product arrangement to ensure that retail spaces represent the brand and appeal to customers
Tracking and managing shop inventory, sales supplies, and samples
Reconciling cash and payments
Maintaining retail equipment and assets
Daily customer service and sales target monitoring, review, and reporting
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma with 3-5 years of Experience in Retail, Distribution, Sales or Customer Service Roles
HND or Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience in Retail, Sales, Office Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or any other customer-facing roles or interest in the beauty industry.
Other Requirements
3 years of progressive work experience
Retail management experience is a plus
