SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Hours: 8am-5pm
The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Client Officer to build and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, securing new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. This role is crucial to our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Deliver client orders and record • Maintain delivery truck in the best condition and record delivery data
• Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and prospecting activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of OceansMall's services.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client loyalty.
• Generate accurate sales reports and contribute to sales forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Employer
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
• Strong understanding of the seafood industry (a plus). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. • Excellent customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach
• Great route planning
