SALES MANAGER
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving revenue and building lasting client relationships? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the heavy equipment and industrial solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
· Identify new market opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
· Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
· Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
· Master's degree is an added advantage.
· 7–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, mining trucks, excavators etc.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
· Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
