Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s short- and long-term revenue targets.
Target, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients to acquire premium residential and commercial properties.
Design creative, multi-channel marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads and oversee the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
Lead high-level property viewings, spearhead complex contract negotiations, and provide expert guidance to clients through the legal and financial closing processes.
Conduct continuous market research to identify real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to keep the company ahead of the market.
Represent the company professionally at high-profile real estate exhibitions, networking events, and site tours to build a robust network of investors and brokers.
Manage sales data, monitor team KPIs, and prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and financial forecasts for executive management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Total revenue generated against monthly and quarterly targets.
Conversion rate (percentage of qualified leads converted to closed acquisitions/rentals).
Accuracy and timeliness of market intelligence and sales forecasting reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
5–6 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Advanced negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing capabilities with a strong network of potential buyers/investors.
Proven ability to build marketing campaigns and sales strategies from scratch.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and digital marketing analytics tools.
High level of market confidence, strong leadership traits, emotional intelligence, and a results-oriented mindset.
Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 / month.
