Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing content for social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, and other communication channels.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence across various digital platforms.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Operations Management
- Support the efficient execution of daily business operations and administrative processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, productivity, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and activities are completed on schedule.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure timely follow-up on business priorities and organizational objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership and team members to execute strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, operations, business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
